NATALE SULLA TAVOLA! CHRISTMAS ON THE TABLE!

...finalmente ci sono riuscita.......

.... ogni anno mi ripropongo di realizzare il set natalizio per la tavola...... ma..... puntualmente il Natale arriva prima che io riesca nel mio intento!

...... Quest'anno ho giocato d'anticipo...... e ho inserito queste creazioni tra le mie priorità..... anche perchè non so se per voi è lo stesso, ma, alla mia tavola a Natale siedono davvero tante persone, quindi anche in previsione di eventuali ordini, i quantitativi da preparare impegnano!

...naturalmente non doveva essere nulla di eccessivamente complicato, o che richiedesse troppo tempo nella ricerca di tessuti o materiali vari....

....per quest'anno mi accontento di avere la mia "collezione natalizia" da tavola, semplice ma di effetto gradevole e.... soprattutto... completamente ideata da me...

..... per il prossimo anno mi attiverò per qualcosa di più complicato. 

finally ... I succeeded .......

.... il freddo pungente caratteristico di questo periodo è finalmente arrivato...

ed il tepore del cammino con le musiche di Natale in sottofondo ....

mentre ci rilassiamo sul divano tutti insieme è....

.....il meglio della vita!!!!!

Voglio godere pienamente questi momenti, che ora sono le uniche splendide certezze che la vita ci offre...!

.......L'ispirazione mi e' stata fornita da un sito inglese che vende meravigliosi addobbi in stile scandinavo.

Il risultato, ha subito il duro colpo del "ci metto un po' del mio" e si distanzia un bel po' dall'originale, piu' sobrio e meno colorato........

ma che ci posso fare se per me niente piu' del colore rosso, riesce a trasmettermi l'atmosfera natalizia!?

La conservo gelosamente....... e ne sono così affezionata che nonostante desideri tanto shabbarla e darle l'aspetto che tanto amo, non ho il coraggio di farlo....

....... forse vi sembrera' stupido ma......

il cuore mi dice che la vernice cancellerà per sempre la presenza di mio nonno su di lei!

Quei pioli cosi' grigi e sciatti conservano ancora il passaggio del suo piede e.....

se ogni tanto li accarezzo,  penso che sto' accarezzando lui!

Questo pensiero basta a farmi demordere dal desiderio di modificare il suo aspetto!

Da bambina ho sempre immaginato il "mio" albero davanti al caminetto ma....

pur avendo il caminetto in casa mi e' impossibile farlo proprio li' davanti (significherebbe farlo precipitare a terra ogni volta che ci alziamo dalla tavola!!!!)

.... cosi' ho trovato un giusto compromesso e il mio albero e' stato posizionato di fronte alla finestra, cosi' che posso vederlo anche dal giardino e dalla strada e..... mi piace,  anche cosi'!!!

As a child I always imagined the "my" tree in front of the fireplace, but ....

while having a fireplace in the house I can not do it right there (it would plummet to the ground every time we get up from the table !!!!)

.... so I found a fair compromise and my tree was placed in front of the window, so 'I can see it from the garden and the street .... e. I like it, even so!

Fino a qualche hanno fà, ero fissata con addobbi tutti uguali o al massimo di due tipi diversi ma con gli stessi colori........

... da quando ho iniziato a creare da sola le cosrine da appendere, la mia smania di provare a realizzare di tutto lo ha notevolmente diversificato......

....e da lui penzola ogni sorta di "soggetto"!!!!

... quest'anno mi sono organizzata a tempo debito per risolvere anche questo problema e......

Inoltre, poichè la cassa per il restante periodo dell'anno sarà posizionata in casa ho decorato anche due secchi in metallo all'interno dei quali vegeteranno le mie piante grasse (appena le comprero'!!!)
